In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Providing high-level strategic support to Regional President and SVP.
Actively work and coordinate with leadership and Management teams towards delivering short term and long-term goals.
Lead & develop presentations, reports, and briefing materials and be involved towards agenda setting for leadership meetings.
Act as a liaison between MEIA leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Organizing regional leadership meetings, town halls, and events.
Take ownership of the execution of different activities of the active employee resource groups
Take ownership of internal stakeholder visits from HQ and external stakeholders like customers, Embassy visits etc to Novonesis premises.
Handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the Regional president.
To succeed you must hold:
A master’s degree in business administration, passion to learn and evolve.
Minimum 8 years of experience, working with senior leadership will be preferable.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
High Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Workday).
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Analytical, Sharp, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and anticipate leadership needs.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Be comfortable to bring in own views and contribute towards management/leadership discussions
High Collaborative skills, comfortable in working with teams, Influencing without authority
