POSITION DUTIES:

  • 1) Review and analyze existing and proposed department projects, policies, procedures, and management activities, conduct a variety of analytical studies, advise management on their impact, and make recommendations.
  • 2) Plan and develop special projects at the request of management to include problem identification, research, analyzing options, statistics analysis, presentation of recommendation, and implementation time frame.
  • 3) Analyze the financial information of the company, its goals, business plans, future ventures, financial status, and market value.
  • 4) Act as coordinator among departments of Accounting, Marketing, Property Management, HR, Project Development, IT Support, and Investment/Financial Analysis, facilitate information sharing among departments, and support board’s overall agenda management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • U.S. master's degree or a foreign degree equivalent to a U.S. Master's degree in Business Administration

SALARY: $90,000 per year


HOURS: 40 hours/week M-F 9:30AM to 6:30PM
