As a Managed Services SAP OTC/SD - Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for various SAP applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP application projects
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business application challenges
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within SAP environments
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and adaptability
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to improve project delivery
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to enhance team performance
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards within SAP consulting practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
