As a Managed Services - Oracle Cloud EPM - Experienced Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle customer relationship management applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle CRM applications, enabling clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role, you will work within our Technology Consulting practice, taking ownership and consistently delivering work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle CRM software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle CRM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Applying business process consulting techniques to enhance customer relationship management
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for customer needs analysis and transformation projects
- Engaging in deployment management and design implementation for technology solutions
- Gathering information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform decision-making
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Adapting to fast-paced environments and diverse client challenges to deliver quality work
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- Demonstrating experience with Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
