As a Managed Services - Managed Service Management and Strategy - Director, you will lead the strategic direction and oversee the management of outsourced solutions, supporting clients across various functions. Your role involves streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency by managing key processes and functions on behalf of clients. You will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services within our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities
- Leading the strategic direction and execution of managed services to enhance client operations and efficiency
- Overseeing the transition and management of service delivery teams, confirming alignment with client objectives
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and services within managed services
- Managing commercial aspects, including budgetary management and performance metrics, to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate delivery risks, confirming seamless service execution
- Utilizing project management skills to coordinate and deliver complex projects on time and within scope
- Promoting innovation and automation solutions to streamline operations and improve service quality
- Mentoring and developing team members to cultivate leadership potential and enhance service delivery capabilities
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Identifying market opportunities and developing strategies to convert them into successful engagements for the firm
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $348,500. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
