As a Managed Services - Business Analyst - Senior Associate, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

Responsibilities
- Leveraging data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage
- Utilizing business intelligence tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence and QlikView to create comprehensive reports and dashboards
- Analyzing complex data sets to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborating with teams to manage and inspire others, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Navigating complex situations and embracing ambiguity to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Engaging in stakeholder management to align project objectives with client expectations and business goals

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.   • Bachelor's degree

  • Background in accounting, analytics or data science, business administration, computer science or information systems, economics, engineering, finance, mathematics or statistics, operations or supply chain, project or technology management, risk management or insurance, health administration or public health, biology or biomedical sciences, or related science
  • Experience using Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools, including BIRT
  • Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills
