Job Description

The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a PR & Communication Intern who will join the PR & Communication team based in Milan, Italy with a particular focus on the Content Production.

Your opportunity

The Communication Team works with the deepest passion to continuously promote all over world The Mall Luxury Outlets brand, its DNA and mission, and the touristic destination where our malls are located: a place where to live an exclusive experience of beauty.

Reporting to the PR & Communication Coordinator and joining a dynamic and passionate team, the PR & Communnication Intern plays a crucial role in developing and carrying over the communication activities with a particular focus on the production of contents for all the different channels (social, website, newsletter and corporate events) increasing the brand value and awareness to best support the Company strategy and objectives.

How you will contribute

  • Content production:
  • manage the content production with external agencies from the concept till the delivery of the assets (work on the creative idea, scouting of model, location, presence on the set, transfer, budget monitoring etc.) for all of the channels according to different purposes. Ensure created content is aligned with the brand, and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
  • proactively suggest talents and creators for special collaborations in order to produce always new and innovative content in the touchpoints working closely together with the Social Media Specialist
  • Graphic assets:
  • create and update internal presentation/invitations for corporate communications and events sending the brief to the graphic designer and coordinate it
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify key opportunities, launches, trends and data, and develop content relevant to customers
  • Monitor competitors’ and social trends in the luxury market
  • Support the team in daily activities and special projects

Who you are

  • You have a university degree or equivalent education background
  • Highly organized, attentive to details and curious
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Open to frequent transfers and travels in Italy
  • Positive and proactive, driven by passion
  • Creative, innovative, outside-the-box thinker, a pioneer with a customer-oriented vision
  • Team player with a genuine desire to be part of a strong group with a common goal
  • Fluency in English is a must, French is a plus
