·       Operational Duties:

o   Design, develop, and test electro mechanical systems:

 

-   Participate in the conception and design for the projects.

-   Prepare mechanical maintenance plans for the machines/utilities such as firefighting pump room, doors, reach trucks, and follow up on implementing the plan with the maintenance team.

-   Take all necessary actions to avoid machine/utility damage and to reduce machine time out.

-   Create a quick plan to fix any sudden malfunction in the machine/utility and make sure that the damage will not be repeated.

-   Prepare all the necessary spare parts for the machine.

-   Managing stocks of spare parts and equipment.

-   Order required spare parts for the machine/ utility.

-   Follow up on Draftsman work in case of manufacturing a new part in the machine/utility.

-   Install any part in the machine/utility and supervise the technicians to follow the right way of installing the required part. .

-   Make sure that the quality of machine/utility, equipment or plant maintenance operations, including those carried out by third parties, is in line with reference standards.

-   Designing and developing new freeze-drying processes and equipment.

-   Conducting research and development on new freeze-drying technologies.

-   Troubleshooting and repairing freeze drying equipment.

-   Overseeing the installation and maintenance of freeze-drying equipment

-   Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment.

-   Troubleshoot and diagnose electromechanical problems.

-   Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.

-   Fabricate and assemble electromechanical components.

-   Use hand tools and power tools.

-   Work with a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and electronics.

-   Designing and drafting electromechanical systems.

-   Calculating loads and stresses.

-   Selecting materials and components.

-   Conducting simulations and testing.

 

·        Financial Duties:

o   Resource Management:

-   Coordinate and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

-   Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary to meet electromechanical projects requirements.

-   Collaborate with procurement teams to source and procure project materials and equipment.

 

 

·       Team Management Duties:

o   Manage the staff effectively:

-   Tracking Electrotechnical Technician performance.

-   Provide strong leadership to the Electrotechnical Technicians, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their goals.

o   Maintain a safe work environment:

-   Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

-   Following all safety regulations and procedures.

-   Providing employees with the proper safety equipment.

 

·       Customer Satisfaction Duties:  

o   Gather and Analyze Customer Feedback:

-   Participate in customer feedback collection initiatives.

-   Conduct user research and analyze usage data to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs, expectations, and preferences.

-   Handling customer inquiries and complaints about electromechanical products and services.

 

 



Requirements

·       Education :

-   Bachelor’ s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field. 

·       Years of Experience:

-   Minimum of 4-6 in a similar role.

·       Certificates:

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
