The position
As a Maintenance Supporter at Novo Nordisk, you will maintain and improve the SAP PM system related to work orders and provide SAP support. Additionally, your responsibilities encompass planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and closing out work orders.
Your tasks will include:

  • Implement Maintenance Standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Production stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on Maintenance KPIs.
  • Engage with Group Maintenance Teams on improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in maintenance problem-solving activities.
  • Translate strategic plans into operational activities.


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A degree in engineering combined with experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a similar role within a maintenance or production environment.
  • Solid analytical thinking with a focus on cLEAN.
  • Experience with SAP MM/PM/MRP or similar Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of inventory management as well as service contractors and spare parts suppliers.
  • Proficiency in English and Danish.


Moreover, it is highly beneficial if your experience comes from a global organization and you are familiar with maintenance and reliability engineering principles.
On a personal level, you are result-oriented with a focus on safety, quality, cost, and time. You possess the ability to implement and manage change effectively, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills. You are comfortable with teaching and training others, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of activities.
About the department
You will be joining the Asset Management Department in Bagsværd, a newly created team currently consisting of 10 members and expanding. Our department sets the standards for maintenance and reliability, ensuring that everyone follows best practices.
