The position
As Maintenance Process Owner in Device Component Manufacturing, you will become part of the Maintenance and Spare Parts Handling team, consisting of 10 colleagues. Our daily tasks are to set the direction for how we work with maintenance, ensuring our CMMS system - SAP, is running up to date, so all planned services are ready for execution and spare parts are available in the right amount.
Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Create the maintenance strategy and masterplan, optimizing the maintenance setup.
  • Run smaller projects related to maintenance.
  • Responsible for all DCM maintenance-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Participate in the Finished Products Manufacturing maintenance process group.
  • Work across Novo Nordisk's FPM area, shaping the future of maintenance.


Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a Diploma of technology in maintenance.
  • Experience in a maintenance organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in maintenance tools and theories.
  • A comprehensive understanding of terms like MTTF, MTTR, RCM, FMECA.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish.

About the department
DCM manages the supply chain of high-quality components and preassembled parts for our internal customers within prefilled and durable devices. You will join DCM Production, which is responsible for ensuring high quality and effective manufacturing and assembly of molded plastic components for prefilled pen systems in our internal production facility.
