Job Description

  • People Management - Lead, develop and manage Mainstream Services Department with Team Leaders and Supervisors.
  • Strategy Adoption - Proactive participation in Mainstream Services strategy development with special regard to AI related projects.
  • Leadership - Empower and inspire others to deliver successful operational duties and ensure effective stakeholder management/engagement.
  • Ensuring the operation of the Mainstream Services Department - Developing Operational Model aligned with the Head of the organization, whilst ensuring operational standards are met and reporting standards maintained.
  • Workforce & Performance Management - Support and manage the performance of the Team Leaders and the colleagues within the department.
  • Knowledge / Information-sharing - Providing the Management with information continuously, participation in the preparation of decisions.
  • Recruitment, onboarding and training – Hire new colleagues to fill vacant positions, provide them with high quality training and an outstanding onboarding experience.
  • Long-term planning to support the company's objectives.
  • Inspiring and motivating employees through positive encouragement and coaching.
  • Seeking opportunities to improve the quality of customer service.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of professional experience in customer service, at least 1 year as a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar role.
  • Outstanding level of English language.
  • Exceptional People Management and Communications skills.
  • Creativity, data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work individually and make decisions. Innovation and creativity in problem solving.
  • Outstanding accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Ability to effectively develop an appropriate course of action for oneself and/or others to achieve a goal. Sees opportunities and takes initiative.
  • Open to change and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Adapts effectively to changing circumstances or requirements.
  • Performs consistently, even under pressure.
  • Evaluates data and courses of action to make logical, pragmatic decisions. Takes an unbiased, rational approach with calculated risks.
  • Great at thinking big and making strategic recommendations while allocating resources appropriately across teams.
