The Role
Como Especialista em Mainframe na Kyndryl, você desempenhará um papel fundamental no gerenciamento, suporte e otimização de ambientes de mainframe corporativos, garantindo alta disponibilidade, desempenho, segurança e estabilidade operacional de sistemas de missão crítica.

Principais Responsabilidades
Garantir a disponibilidade, o desempenho e a estabilidade dos ambientes de mainframe por meio de monitoramento proativo.
Administrar e otimizar sistemas z/OS, z/VM e Linux on Z em ambientes corporativos.
Monitorar e manter a conectividade de rede e a latência, incluindo suporte a VTAM e protocolos de rede de mainframe.
Dar suporte e aprimorar processos de automação, incluindo criação de scripts e fluxos de trabalho do sistema.
Planejar, agendar e executar operações de processamento em lote (batch) para cargas de trabalho críticas para o negócio.
Realizar resposta a incidentes, análise de causa raiz (RCA) e resolução de problemas relacionados a sistemas, redes e automação.
Gerenciar ciclos de aplicação de correções (patching), atualizações de sistema e atividades de conformidade, garantindo o mínimo de interrupção.
Realizar análises de desempenho e capacidade (ex.: SMF/RMF) e recomendar otimizações.
Utilizar ferramentas como TSO/ISPF, JCL, JES2/3, SDSF e soluções de monitoramento (ex.: OMEGAMON, BMC, CA OPS/MVS).
Dar suporte às operações de console de mainframe e atividades de gerenciamento de sistemas.
Garantir padrões de segurança e conformidade, incluindo noções básicas de RACF e preparação para auditorias.
Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para implementar mudanças, atualizações e melhores práticas (ITIL).
Manter documentação técnica, *runbooks* e procedimentos operacionais precisos e atualizados.
Who You Are

Habilidades e Experiência Necessárias
3 a 5 anos (ou mais) de experiência em ambientes corporativos de mainframe (sistemas, plataforma, rede ou automação).
Sólida experiência prática com z/OS, z/VM e/ou Linux on Z.
Conhecimento de protocolos de rede de mainframe (ex.: VTAM) e conceitos de conectividade.
Experiência com ferramentas de automação, criação de scripts (REXX, JCL, Shell) e processamento em lote (batch).
Proficiência em monitoramento de mainframe, gestão de incidentes e operações de sistemas.
Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de mainframe para solução de problemas e análise de desempenho.
Familiaridade com gestão de patches, processos de conformidade (compliance) e princípios de segurança.
