The Role
El perfil deberá contar con experiencia sólida en herramientas ALM tradicionales del entorno z/OS, especialmente Broadcom Endevor, así como conocimiento de soluciones equivalentes como ChangeMan ZMF, BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline/ISPW, IBM Engineering Workflow Management u otras plataformas de gestión del ciclo de vida.

Who You Are
- Experiencia sólida en desarrollo, mantenimiento o gestión del ciclo de vida de aplicaciones IBM z/OS.
- Experiencia práctica con Broadcom Endevor o una herramienta ALM mainframe equivalente.
- Conocimiento de COBOL, JCL, PROCs, DB2, CICS, datasets y procesos batch.
- Conocimiento del ciclo de compilación, link-edit, bind, promoción y despliegue de componentes mainframe.
- Experiencia con Git y plataformas CI/CD como Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions o Azure DevOps.
- Capacidad para diseñar pipelines híbridos que interactúen con plataformas mainframe y distribuidas.
- Conocimiento de scripting y automatización mediante REXX, Python, Shell, Groovy o lenguajes equivalentes.
- Conocimiento de prácticas DevSecOps, gestión de secretos, trazabilidad, auditoría y segregación de funciones.
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos de desarrollo, operaciones, seguridad, arquitectura y gestión del cambio.
- Inglés profesional y capacidad para generar documentación técnica.

Skills Required
- Solid experience in development, maintenance, or lifecycle management of IBM z/OS applications.
- Practical experience with Broadcom Endevor or equivalent mainframe ALM tool (ChangeMan ZMF, ISPW, BMC AMI DevX, IBM EWM).
