Daily duties and requirement:
- Provides assistance to mailroom staff and customers.
- Maintains mailroom by keeping the environment clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assists with incoming and outgoing mail service.
- Collect and delivery mails
- Sorting and register mails
- Occupation off site delivery required,
- Knowledge of basic MS office( Excel, Outlook, words)
- Use of franking machine
- Similar experience preferred
