Responsibilities:
Sort and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments or individuals
Process outgoing mail, including preparing and affixing postage
Ensure all mail is accurately labeled and routed for delivery
Assist in maintaining mailroom equipment and supplies
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Track and record mailroom activities and volumes
Collaborate with team members to optimize mail processes
Respond to inquiries and requests regarding mail services
