About the job
We are looking to hire a seasonal part-time stock associate for Madhappy West Hollywood.
This role will report directly to our store supervisor and store manager.
This role will be expected to work at our West Hollywood Flagship location.
Responsibilities
● Support with receiving and processing product shipments — from unboxing to prepping for the floor.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom that makes product access easy for the team.
● Restock the floor throughout the day, ensuring all styles and sizes are represented.
● Assist with operational tasks like transfers, damages, and RTVs, keeping everything accurate and on time.
● Help set up floor sets and new product launches to ensure a seamless transition from backroom to sales floor.
● Participate in cycle counts and inventory prep to help keep stock levels accurate and shrink low.
● Keep the stockroom floor-ready at all times, everything should have a clear purpose and place.
● Jump in to support the sales floor when needed, whether that’s pulling product fast or helping the team get ready for a busy day.
About you
Qualifications
● 1+ years of retail associate experience
● Preference for experience in fashion/apparel
● Previous experience working in a small team environment
● Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends, if needed
● Ability to work the duration of the store opening, as needed
● Proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, patiently and effectively with customers and team members
● Familiarity with the Madhappy brand and mission
