The annual base salary range for this position is <$78,000 - $118,000>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. In this role, you will impact the manufacturing process by delivering high-quality machined parts that meet customer specifications, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our production operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machine tools to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain machine tools and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards in the machining process.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience as a machinist with expertise in operating CNC and manual machine tools.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and precision measurement techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Familiarity with machine maintenance and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

- Associate degree or technical certification in machining or manufacturing technology preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a machining role, preferably in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a lead role.

- Experience with CAD/CAM software and programming is a plus.
