KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements and processes.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances and standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
ResponsibilitiesYOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience in precision machining with a strong understanding of CNC and manual machine operation.
  • In-depth knowledge of interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for manufacturing parts.
  • Expertise in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure quality control.
  • Familiarity with machining software and programming languages relevant to CNC operations.
