Research Scientists
We're looking for exceptional pretraining, post-training, and multimodal Research Scientists to join our team. This is a highly collaborative role in a small team. You'll work closely with our infrastructure and design teams to deliver exploratory and core research bets. You'll have the resources---including compute and a supportive environment---to execute on the most impactful, long-term projects.

ML and Research Engineers
We're looking for outstanding ML and Research Engineers---experts in their own right, who bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and our robust, scalable infrastructure. You'll build and optimize training infrastructure, implement novel architectures, and translate research breakthroughs into production-ready systems.
This is an opportunity to work closely with our ML Infrastructure team—among the most talent-dense in the world—to build our frontier ML stack from the ground up.

Knowledge of how these systems are trained is concentrated within the top research labs, limiting both the public discourse on AI and people's abilities to use AI effectively.
