Despite being relatively new to the market, our team of dedicated engineers and scientists has quickly made a name for themselves in the industry. ## About the role As a Machine Learning Scientist at xAGI, you will help develop and refine the algorithms that drive our AI systems. This includes conducting experimental research to advance the state of the art in machine intelligence, applying your findings to our existing systems, and publishing your work in industry journals and at conferences. ## What you'll do * Conduct experimental research to advance the state of the art in machine intelligence * Apply the results of your research to improve our existing systems * Join forces with other researchers and engineers to develop new algorithms and models * Publish your work in industry journals and at relevant conferences * Keep up to date with the most recent advances in the field of machine learning ## What we're seeking * 0-5 years of experience in a related machine learning or scientific research role * Strong skills in NLP and Langchain * PhD degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field is a plus * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English * Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment ## Additional Information At xAGI, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
