Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models for real-time applications. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for real-time customer engagement and predictive analytics.
• Build scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models into production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI-driven features.
• Process and analyze large-scale datasets to derive insights and improve model performance.
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI, deep learning, and machine learning technologies.
• Optimize algorithms for efficiency, scalability, and real-time inference.
• Conduct A/B testing and evaluate model effectiveness using appropriate performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI model development.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for model deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
• Exposure to reinforcement learning or generative AI models.
