*Key Responsibilities**
- Build and optimize large-scale ad systems to drive ad performance.
- Develop relevance models using machine learning and NLP techniques.
- Enhance ad personalization with ranking algorithms and predictive modeling.
- Work on CTR/CVR models, data analysis, and feature engineering.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on product strategies.
*Qualifications & Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in search, ads, recommendation systems, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or C/C++.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and ranking systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus, but not required.
