Your Adventure Ahead
- Primary Tasks
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting IAB configurations, with a focus on tracking pages (e.g., merchant checkout pages).
- Identify and analyze underperforming IAB configurations and review auto-generated configurations to suggest improvements.
- Refine and optimize prompts for LLMs using prompt engineering techniques to enhance conversion data extraction.
- Support the cleaning and organization of raw HTML files and transaction data for analysis.
- Annotate conversion-related data for ML training and validation, including identifying promo code fields and transaction details in HTML files.
- Evaluate client-side model data by reviewing HTML files to confirm the presence of conversion data (e.g., order IDs, currencies, and amounts).
- Secondary Tasks (Based on Progress)
- Collaborate on small-scale research projects to investigate and propose solutions for key challenges.
- Analyze historical transaction and user behavior data to uncover patterns in search and purchasing trends.
- Train simple machine learning models for specific tasks, such as detecting promo code fields in HTML data.
- Assist in optimizing model performance by refining hyperparameters and tuning thresholds to improve precision and recall.
Essentials to Succeed
- Core Skills
- HTML & Web Technologies:
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with HTML parsing, analysis, and regex for data extraction.
- Python & Data Analysis:
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in pandas, NumPy, and BeautifulSoup.
- Skilled in cleaning, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.
- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook and data annotation tools.
- Optional/Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of e-commerce workflows (e.g., checkout, promo codes).
- Experience with web crawling and parsing techniques.
- Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI) and basic ML model training.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon S3.
Internship Commitments
- Minimum 6-month contract period.
- Can commit at least 24 hours per week.
- Daily working hours: 9:30~18:30 (flexible working schedule).
- Hourly wage: NTD $200.
