We are looking for a Machine Learning Enabler to act as a senior technical reference across teams. You will lead strategic ML initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, ethical, and business-aligned AI adoption at Adevinta.

• Lead cross-team ML initiatives (OKRs, epics) with long-term business impact, ensuring alignment across disciplines.
   

• Mentor and coach ML engineers, supporting their growth through training, documentation, and pairing.
   

• Design, implement and deploy ML/GenAI solutions (e.g., NLP, CV) with a focus on quality, scalability, and production-readiness.
   

• Drive AI adoption, identifying high-impact opportunities and guiding prioritization with stakeholders.
   

• Promote best practices, influence technical direction, and lead resolution of technical debt.
   

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences to align goals and share results.
   

• Represent Adevinta internally and externally by contributing to our AI community and industry presence.
   

•  Proven experience designing, implementing, and deploying ML and GenAI solutions in production environments.
   

• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
   

• Strong understanding of ML Ops, cloud platforms (especially AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
   

• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-team initiatives.
   

• Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and business-oriented mindset.
   

• Comfortable working in Agile teams and using tools like JIRA or Confluence.
   

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
