Group Summary:
The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Salary Range: $35.00-$40.00/per hour
  • Assemble automation equipment based on blueprints, sketches, and specifications
  • Collaborate with Mechanical Design, Electrical Build and Controls teams to ensure machine functionality
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments during trial runs
  • Document design changes and maintain build records
  • Lead or support projects depending on experience level
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications
  • Certificate of Qualification in Precision Metals (General Machinist, Mould Maker, Tool & Die Maker) or Millwright
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in automation equipment assembly
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel globally for installations and service
