Responsibilities
- Expertly oversee asset tracking and management.
- Streamline equipment procurement processes.
- Proactively perform computer maintenance.
- Implement and fine-tune cutting-edge computer systems for our team.
- Install, upgrade, and optimize network infrastructure for peak performance.
- Swiftly and effectively resolve UID/WiFi issues.
- Architect and execute network configurations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate on high-speed cabling and fiber optics network installations.
- Lead the testing and seamless integration of innovative products into live network environments.
- Manage Taiwan-specific bug tracking and ticket lists to maintain network stability.
- Oversee VOIP touch and telecom services for uninterrupted communication.
- Drive innovation by deploying advanced software and network solutions across various departments.
- Champion the configuration and proficient management of network management tools.
- Elevate the onboarding experience for new team members with seamless IT setup.
- Streamline and optimize IT offboarding procedures for departing colleagues to ensure data security.
- Innovate and optimize IT processes to guarantee efficiency and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with our global IT team to ensure alignment with international IT standards and best practices.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT operations and asset management.
- Strong networking skills and adept at troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
