Job Description
Position Purpose

Following a surge in M&A volume (22 acquisitions announced since 2022), we are expanding our dedicated team to aggressively tackle integration velocity. The M&A Integration Manager will be highly execution-focused, turning the strategic roadmap developed by the Integration Lead into operational reality.

This role is responsible for directly managing a portfolio of target integrations, ensuring the integration strategy is fully executed on time. Operating with a heavy emphasis on accountability, this position will eliminate integration friction to maximize cash flow and ensure reliable customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-Day Portfolio Execution: Direct the daily tactical execution of a portfolio of integrations, tracking every milestone from post-signing planning to complete process finalization.

  • Playbook and Tool Deployment: Standardize the use of project management software, automated tracking tools, and crisis playbooks to ensure highly repeatable status visibility.

  • Functional Onboarding Coordination: Drive the onboarding of targets into core Supply Chain and Business Operations processes, including Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Repair, Distribution, Planning, Finance and IT .

  • Data and Hierarchy Mapping: Manage project workstreams dedicated to master data mapping, converting legacy target SKUs and costing data into our hyper-standardized global data layer.

  • Risk and Mitigation Tracking: Actively identify, document, and escalate single points of failure, supply bottlenecks, or process deviations within target organizations.

  • Cross-Functional Synchronization: Run ongoing synchronization meetings with regional field leads, engineering partners, and functional GPOs to maintain alignment.

Key Skills, Capabilities & Attributes

Based on the execution-oriented nature of this role and our aggressive integration timeline goals, the ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • Tactical Integration Execution: Proven capability to execute end-to-end post-merger integration lifecycles, specifically managing Day 1 readiness checklists, detailed 100-day roadmaps, and TSA exit tracking.

  • Project Management Mastery: Expert-level command of structured project management tools, critical-path scheduling, dependency mapping, and rigorous milestone tracking.

  • Results-Oriented Drive: A relentless focus on delivery timelines, closing data gaps, and aggressively driving accountability across active integration workstreams to drive full value realization of each deal.

  • Process and System Migration Rigor: Ability to systematically manage the migration of target functions into standardized processes and decoupled, ERP-agnostic cloud modules.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Strong relationship-building skills to maintain high velocity across matrixed project teams, including Supply Planning, Manufacturing, IT, HR, and Business Operations.

  • Executive Status Summarization: Capability to distill complex project data into clear, repeatable, and robust status updates and risk summaries for leadership review.

Experience:

  • Proven experience directly managing project workstreams for complex corporate post-merger integrations (PMI), either internally or within a consulting capacity.

  • Demonstrated history of utilizing advanced project management methodologies to execute tight timelines (e.g., compressed 9–12 month schedules).

  • Practical experience working alongside operational supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or business operations environments is strongly preferred.

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Documented expertise in professional project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project) and automated dashboard creation.

  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple active acquisitions simultaneously without dropping execution details.

  • Solid communication and presentation skills, with a track record of driving task completion among stakeholders who do not report to you directly.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.

Availability: Prepared to onboard immediately
