The medical assistant (MA) is responsible for patient care, technical and clerical functions in the clinic. The MA is responsible for clinic patient flow by assisting members of the patient care team and providing a broad range of health care services in the clinic. The MA may also be involved in training and guidance of clinical staff.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
- Current Texas License.
- Technical Training: Current CPR certification.

- Certification by Medical Assistant certifying body: BCLS certification preferred.
- A favorable work reference.
