Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Owner for the iNovaCore Platform in FTE capacity or even STA capacity for 6 months to help us steer product development and platform enhancement initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven outcomes and maintain a strong focus on user needs, delivery timelines, and platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary owner of the iNovaCore Platform, managing end-to-end product development cycles.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, epics, and backlog items using JIRA.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Architects, Tech Leads, System Custodians, and System Owners to guide platform enhancements.
  • Monitor and manage all platform-related tasks, maintaining oversight of priorities, timelines, and delivery.
  • Promote effective horizontal collaboration across engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and other teams.
  • Work closely with both Full-Time Employees and Contractual Staff to align deliverables and drive velocity.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement within your teams.

Required Skills:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Proven use of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project delivery tools and methodologies.
  • Strong ability to drive structured documentation and user-centric requirement gathering.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience managing hybrid delivery teams (FTEs and contractors) across time zones.

Preferred Experience:

  • Healthcare domain expertise is highly valued, understanding of regulatory frameworks or medical data standards will enable faster onboarding and more impactful contributions to platform strategy.
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and potential use cases
  • Background in managing platform products in highly regulated or enterprise environments.
