Findies - Monetization Product Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for product growth using paid marketing in Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Own the "hard logic" of our monetization engine. While the core product team focuses on feature value, your job is to ensure we capture that value effectively. You will take full ownership of the subscription infrastructure: optimizing payment processing, refining renewal logic, and managing the delicate balance between monetization and healthy refund/chargeback rates.

• Manage the health of our payment processing. Monitor Authorization Rates, optimize MID routing, and ensure successful rebills.
• Build and optimize "Save Flows" (cancellation funnels) and "Dunning Flows" (recovery of failed payments) to minimize churn.
• Launch A/B tests on pricing elasticity, introductory offers, and checkout UI to maximize LTV without spiking refund rates.
• Keep a daily pulse on critical metrics: Chargeback ratios, Refund rates, and Trial-to-Paid conversion. You will be the first line of defense against revenue leakage.
• Analyze drop-offs at the payment screen and implement features to reduce friction and increase trust.

• 2+ years of Product Management experience in subscription-based B2C products.
• Proven ability to impact Revenue metrics (LTV, ARR, Auth Rate) rather than just vanity metrics.
• Understanding of the technical side of payments (Gateways, Processors, Subscription Management systems).
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
• Experience with product and financial analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Engineering and Marketing.
