Provide licensed practical nursing care during scheduled home visits including head-to-toe and psychosocial assessments, vitals, medication administration, treatments, documentation within 24 hours, participate in on-call rotation and case conferences, update records weekly, and perform PRN visits as needed.

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nursing license approved by the Oklahoma Nursing Board of Regents without restrictions.

At least one year experience in either home health setting or acute-care setting with experience in elderly, middle aged and/or pediatric care.

Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs without difficulty.

Must own a vehicle in which to make visits and maintain current automobile insurance coverage.

Must have a telephone available for after-hours calls when needed.

Skills Required
