Our knowledge and fun create a memorable experience for our patients. The LPN Visit Nurse plays a key role in direct nursing care in the patient home.
What’s in it for me?
- Full time salary rage: $54,000-$78,000
- Hours/days: You will manage your own schedule (PT or FT)
- $35-$50/ per visit rate plus paid mileage

What will I be doing?
- Complete patient visits as needed under the direction of the RN Case Manager.
- Participates in the implementation and oversight of nursing and home health aide services.
- Nursing skills may include phlebotomy, wound care, catheter care, medication management and patient education.
What skills do I need to bring?
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR course for healthcare providers through American Heart Association or Red Cross renewed at recommended frequencies
- Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs
- Must be fluent in the English language
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with minimal moving violations and access to a reliable personal vehicle

Skills Required
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR for healthcare providers (AHA or Red Cross), current
- Ability to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50 lbs
- Fluent in English
- Valid U.S. driver’s license, minimal moving violations, and reliable personal vehicle
- Clinical nursing skills such as phlebotomy, wound care, catheter care, medication management, and patient education
