Job Summary:

Triage patients in the clinic; vital signs and medication reconciliation.

Perform EKG's.

Maintain files, faxes, and dictation to the primary physician.

Precert procedure(s)/test(s) when required.

Performs individualized patient assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation

Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.

Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing required. Licensed by the Alabama State Board of Nursing required.
Experience:
One year experience in a healthcare field.
Additional Skills / Abilities:
Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills required. BLS and NRP certification within one year of hire date.
