LPN or RN Nurse Manager

River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager (LPN or RN) to provide leadership and oversight of resident care services and support the daily operations of our nursing department.

This full-time Nurse Manager position offers competitive compensation based on licensure and experience:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience
• Registered Nurse (RN): $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience

As a Nurse Manager, you will play an important role in leading and supporting our care team while helping ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership, direction, and support to care staff to ensure duties and resident care needs are completed appropriately and timely.
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and applicable nursing standards.
• Assessing resident conditions and changes in condition and ensuring appropriate documentation, intervention, communication, and follow-up.
• Supporting and overseeing resident care needs, including activities of daily living and individualized service plans.
• Communicating and collaborating with residents, families, providers, and members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Providing education, coaching, and guidance to care staff to promote quality care and consistent practices.
• Assisting with staff training, competency, and delegation as permitted by licensure and applicable regulations.
• Supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts within the nursing department.
• Advocating for residents and promoting dignity, independence, choice, and person-centered care.
• Helping maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative environment for residents and employees.

Your leadership, clinical knowledge, and commitment to excellent resident care will help drive the success of our nursing and care programs.

• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota.
• Nursing experience in assisted living, long-term care, home care, mental health, or a related setting preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively lead, coach, and support a diverse care team.
• Commitment to person-centered care and service excellence.
