We’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled LVN to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide personalized, hands-on care to our amazing patients, making a tangible difference in their lives every day. You’ll be working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) while following all state regulations, policies, and practices. Let’s make health care fun and effective!
What You’ll Be Doing:- Making an Impact: Provide direct nursing care to clients based on their unique needs and personalized care plans.

- Active LVN Licensure: You’ve got the license, and you’re in good standing in the state(s) you practice.

Skills Required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an LVN credential
- Active LVN licensure in good standing in the state or states of practice
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Home health care experience
- Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and walk
- Emotional stability and professionalism
- Clear communication and documentation skills
