Position Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Loyalty Manager to own the daily operations and growth of our customer rewards program. In this role, you will
analyze customer behavior, execute targeted retention campaigns, and optimize member perks to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
. You will sit between marketing and product, turning customer insights into strategic rewards that drive brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Operations: Manage daily execution, reward catalogs, and rules of the loyalty program.
- Campaign Execution: Launch targeted promotions, lifecycle emails, and exclusive perks to member segments.
- Data Analysis: Track critical KPIs including retention rate, repeat purchase rate, and reward redemption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Tech, Product, and Support teams to fix bugs and improve user UX.
- Vendor Management: Act as the main point of contact for external loyalty platforms and software agencies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in customer loyalty, lifecycle marketing, or CRM management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytics: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for calculating program ROI.
- Communication: Clear writing skills to draft compelling program updates and notifications for members.
Preferred Attributes
- App Experience: Prior experience managing rewards programs embedded within mobile apps.
- A/B Testing: Familiarity with running subject line, offer, and reward tier experiments.
