What You'll DoAs the Lot Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining an organized, customer-ready dealership while leading a team that keeps our inventory moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Lot Technicians to achieve daily goals.
Manage vehicle flow throughout the dealership, ensuring inventory is properly staged, parked, and displayed.
Coordinate incoming vehicle deliveries, trades, and inventory transfers.
Partner with the Sales and Service teams to support dealership operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe dealership environment.
Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with vehicle audits and lot organization.
Train and develop team members while creating a positive, accountable work culture.
Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications:
Previous automotive, lot attendant, inventory, logistics, or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles safely and responsibly.
High school diploma or equivalent.
