Lot Security Job Responsibilities
- Monitor dealership lot and property to ensure safety and security
- Conduct regular patrols of vehicle inventory and facility areas
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or security concerns
- Ensure all vehicles are properly secured
- Assist with lot organization and vehicle positioning as needed
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents and daily activity
- Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns
- Support dealership operations with general lot assistance when needed

- Previous security, lot attendant, or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
