Loss Control Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY
The Loss Control Analyst position will assist BancFirst Operational Security management with operational loss prevention, detection, investigation, and recovery activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Review, investigate, and resolve daily fraud alerts and reports.
- Develop and maintain processes to address loss prevention, operational risks and compliance.
- Stay abreast of risk developments that could impact BancFirst or its customers.
- Support the formulation and execution of loss prevention education efforts.
- Assist with the design and implementation of risk detection or monitoring systems.
- Support Bank personnel in their efforts to minimize operational risk and losses.
- Interface with law enforcement officials and other external parties.
- May conduct professional investigative interviews involving sensitive subjects.

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under limited supervision, with latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience working with Verafin or similar fraud detection software preferred.
- Banking or investigations experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of these programs is a plus.
- Must possess the ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters.

On-site position, Full Time M-F 8am-5pm
