DEINE AUFGABEN- Verantwortung für das KINEXON Lager in München inkl. Warenein- und -ausgang sowie Inventur
- Bestandsmanagement (Ziel- und Mindestbestände) sowie Beschaffung von Standardartikeln unter Kostenaspekten
- Erstellung und Pflege von Rahmenverträgen sowie Rechnungsprüfung
- Kommissionierung, Verpackung und Versand von Kunden- und Projektlieferungen
- Steuerung und Optimierung des Versandmanagements mit Paketdienstleistern und Speditionen
- Unterstützung bei Export-/Import-Themen inkl. Zollabwicklung, Incoterms, Tarifierung und Versanddokumenten, Abwicklung Carnet A.T.A.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Finance und Projektmanagement
- Unterstützung bei produktionstechnischen Tätigkeiten (z. B. finale Montage, Nachbearbeitung, Software-Aufspielung)
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 2–3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
- Strukturierte, flexible und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Die Möglichkeit 4-5 Tage die Woche vor Ort im Büro zu arbeiten
