About the Role
Luna Lux Limited is seeking a highly organised Sales & Logistics Support Associate to join our Dublin-based team. You will play a key role in supporting our logistics, sales, and design teams in Ireland and the US. This role involves preparing specifications and quotations, liaising with vendors and clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare specifications and sales quotations in collaboration with the US logistics team.
Liaise with manufacturers, distributors, and clients across Ireland and Europe.
Support design teams with research, technical documentation, and AV/lighting studies.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and project documentation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge of lighting and AV equipment (theatre, film/TV, or architectural projects).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work to deadlines.
Flexibility to occasionally work evenings/weekends when required.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Ireland.
Garda vetting may be required for certain projects.
Travel of up to 15% may be required.
Salary: €40,000 – €60,000, depending on experience.
Access to company benefit schemes will be available.
This role reports directly to the US Director of Logistics.
