Summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a Logistics / Supply Chain Manager to own parts strategy, sourcing, replenishment and custody for facility maintenance operations, including a replenishment hub, smart lockers, secure cabinets, vehicle stock and standard repair kits that keep parts available where technicians need them. This is an immediate opening.


Essential Functions

  • Set up and run the receiving and replenishment hub and place smart lockers and cabinets based on parts demand.
  • Build standard repair kits from approved equipment parts lists and set reorder points and min/max levels by location.
  • Source and manage vendors; manage company-furnished parts, tools and vehicles; track Government-owned material.
  • Lead a weekly supply review, reconcile system balances to physical counts, and manage returns and warranty parts.
  • Supervise Inventory / Smart Locker Specialists and replenishment routes.
  • Maintain inventory ownership and disposition records.
  • Monitor vendor performance (on-time delivery, order accuracy and quality) and resolve supplier issues.
  • Ensure purchase-order accuracy and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies.
  • Run a cycle-count program and control shrinkage through access controls, audits and variance investigation.

Work Environment

Based at the replenishment hub (warehouse and office) with daily travel to maintenance sites on the installation.


Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Standing and walking in warehouse and field settings.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
  • Computer work for planning and reporting.
  • Driving a vehicle between the hub and sites.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full-time and part-time positions available. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, daytime. Shifts may require some evening or weekend work, and this position participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency escalations as duty lead.


Travel

Daily local travel between buildings on the installation.


Experience

  • 6+ years of MRO parts or maintenance supply chain experience.
  • 3+ years of inventory planning with barcode and CMMS systems.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory modules in a CMMS/EAM system (Maximo preferred).
  • Vendor negotiation and purchase order management.

Preferred:

  • Smart locker or vending programs (e.g., AutoCrib).
  • Repair kit standardization.
  • Government-owned material accountability.
  • Experience managing vendor scorecards.
  • Experience with shrinkage and loss-prevention controls.
  • Experience working on Department of Defense (DoD) installations, contracts or programs is a plus.

 

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.


Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.

Skills Required
