RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning. Communicate with SCM update the logistics plan
- Goods Receiving. According to the delivery note, packaging materials and auxiliary materials are received in system
- Filling Process Order: Complete the system filling work order according to the actual filling
- Post Goods Issue. Make system PGI according to the invoice and customer's pound order
- Shipping Documents. Printing the next-day shipping documents and labels according to the shipping schedule.
- Goods Movement to external warehouse in SAP according to cargo transaction order.
- Inventory. Checking system inventory and the actual inventory, analyst the difference and make adjustment in time. Billing. Assist SCM in reconciling monthly bills and invoices.
- Monthly report. Update logistics KPIs and related monthly reports.Contact with supplier of goods delivery, quality, service, report issue. Documentation. Sorting and archiving of logistics documents.
- Technical service, administration, drumming, PPE,SCBA purchase order in SAP and cost tracking.
- Fixed asset verification, disposal management in Mermbrain, K2 system.
- Document management in control system eDCS and share disk and support internal, external audit.
- Provide administrative supports to plant manager and team including office suppliers ordering ,invoice processing in SAP, FM activities co-ordination ,share folder documentations etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree or above education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management ,Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3~5 years working experience in production logistics, manufacturing planning, or a closely related role within process manufacturing environment
- Experience in using SAP system for planning, goods receipt, goods issue and inventory management
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping process and logistics workflows
- Support business process without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and software packages (,Power Point ,Excel, Word, Outlook etc) for reporting and communication purposes
- Ability to read and speak English are preferable
