1. Coordinate Warehouse and Logistics operations, balance the requirements of the projects to be in line with the company regulations and the local legislation.
2. Make sure the logistics operation and related documentation are timely and correctly fulfilled by 3PL suppliers according to SLA.
3. Make sure the logistics operation is fully in line with Security and EHS management requirements of the company and the local legislation.
4. Manage the relations with suppliers and internal customers according to the communication and escalation matrix.
5. Manage the performance of 3PL, follow department KPIs, contribute to achieve department goals and targets.
6. Report audit results, highlight pain points, offer solutions, define actions, follow up progress and get results; establish continuous improvement in operational efficiency and business control.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering,
2. Good written and spoken English (Chinese is a big plus)
3. 3 years of on-site experience in Warehousing and Logistics, and IT tools operation,
4. Proficient with MS Excel, and other office tools, (Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau..etc) is a plus)
5. Be able to work in flexible hours, open to travel out of city,
6. Team player with strong communication and persuasion skills, solution oriented, task driven problem solver with good organizational skills, open for new challenges,
7. Male candidates should have been completed the military service or postponed at least for 2 years.
