Job Description:

As a Logistics Senior Analyst for/at Logistic Execution Department you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Responsible for performing analysis and maintenance of logistic & transportation transactional data.
  • Responsible for achieving SLA targets.
  • Serve as "first line of support" to answer end user "how-to" questions, resolve issues and enter/process problem tickets.
  • Cooperate with Team to ensure process, tools and performance measurement improvements.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Previous experience working with SAP and TM

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience in process standardization, centralization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong project management skills (planning, execution, risk management, and delivery)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels

Job specifics:

  • Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9

  • This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office.
