The Logistics Quality and Initiatives Program Manager has got a strong expertise in managing logistics programs to drive the continuous improvement of logistics processes and ensure operational excellence across the logistics activities. 

The role combines deep expertise in logistics operations and quality frameworks with hands-on experience in managing digital transformation initiatives, including automation, analytics, and process optimization. 

The ideal candidate is both data-driven and execution-focused, capable of leading cross-functional projects to enhance performance, compliance and customer satisfaction. 

This figure partners with other members of the logistics team to ensure that the transactions are performed accordingly to BH compliance and controllership rules, to guarantee the inventory accuracy, high quality standards and to support the overall logistics strategy of the organization. 

As Logistics Quality and Initiatives Program Manager, you will responsible for:

  • Defining, implementing and monitoring quality standard and KPIs across logistics operations. 
  • Conducting root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions for operational issues
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external quality, safety and sustainability requirements and Leading continuous improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
  • Leading and coordinating digital transformation initiatives within the logistics domain, managing project timelines and stake holder communication through structured program management frameworks 
  • Identifying opportunities to digitize quality controls, enhance data visibility, and support decision-making through digital KPIs and analytics. 
  • Partnering with the different business functions to ensure successful deployment of digital tools 
  • Facilitating workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement to promote a culture of quality and innovation. 
  • Supporting development of a data-driven performance culture within the logistics organization.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field or Diploma with relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in logistics, quality, or operations improvement, preferably in a large or multinational environment. 
  • Proven track record managing digital or transformation projects within logistics or supply chain. 
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean principles). 
  • Solid understanding of digital tools (Power BI, Oracle, WMS/TMS systems, automation platforms). 
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
