Your Role

As a Logistics Project Coordinator at Munich Electrification, you are the central point of contact for logistics within your assigned customer projects. You coordinate all project-related logistics activities in close collaboration with production partners, suppliers and internal teams. You ensure reliable day-to-day operations and on-time deliveries across development and series phases. This includes managing inbound and outbound flows, maintaining compliance with logistics regulations and supporting efficient and scalable processes. In this role, you contribute to continuously improving our logistics landscape while ensuring smooth execution in a dynamic project environment.

Your future tasks at a glance

  • Act as the logistics interface for internal and external stakeholders across assigned customer projects.

  • Coordinate international inbound and outbound deliveries, including transport documentation and customs procedures to ensure compliant, cost-efficient and reliable execution.

  • Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and prototype logistics activities, maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate closely with production partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure logistics activities align with project timelines, delivery requirements and operational priorities.

  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support performance tracking and operational transparency.

  • Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes, contributing operational insights and improvement ideas to enhance logistics performance.

  • Develop and implement logistics and packaging concepts in collaboration with customers, production partners, and internal stakeholders to support efficient and reliable supply chain operations

What you bring with you

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

  • First professional experience in logistics or transport planning, ideally in an automotive environment

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including warehousing, inventory management, and international shipments

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP ByDesign) and confidence working with logistics data

  • Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style

  • Clear communicator and team player, comfortable collaborating across internal and external stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes

Skills Required
