Logistics Process Assistant provides support in managing the transport process in the SAP system in import and export as well as creating the necessary documents in the system for the tea import process.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the transport process in the SAP system in import and export (control of transport costs and issuing orders to logistics operators)
- Creating the necessary documents in the system for the tea import process and managing all master data in the system related to transport processes
- Issuing and coordinating the necessary documents for the tea export process
- Monitoring delivery schedules
- Reporting and updating KPI
- Cooperation with the planning and customer service team
- Cooperation with carriers and sea lines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least secondary / A lvls education
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office
- Teamwork skills
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English (both written and spoken)
- Accuracy and timeliness
- High ethical standards
