The Role
The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day fulfillment operations across our supplier network. You’ll manage supplier performance, resolve logistics issues, and support cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise and manage fulfilment suppliers daily, maintain high quality day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve and escalate any fulfillment issues, devise emergency plans to manage any crisis.
  • Monitor external and internal KPI reporting, define action plans and escalate issues effectively.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in suppliers, to optimize operation regularly.
  • Manage underperforming suppliers, create action plans and execute plans to improve performance.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of Internal / External KPI reporting.
  • Provide business insights and support Client Success team in retailers’ business reviews.
  • Work on cross-functional projects with wider logistics team and internal team to support business growth.
  • Support onboarding of retailers and suppliers to ensure smooth transition to day-to-day operations.
  • Reconcile and resolve any logistics issues and challenge the status quo.
  • Effectively report upstream to management and C-levels on operation successes and challenges to support wider business discussions with retailers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Fulfillment or equivalent.
  • 2+ years working experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably closely with distribution centers and 3PL.
  • Experience in working in multi-cultural environments and flexible in working hours, to cater for business needs and changing trends as required.
  • Excellent in the Use of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Project management tools like Monday.com etc.
  • Always optimize for better efficiency and challenge the status quo.
  • Meticulous in data reporting related to key performance indicators / matrix.
  • Quick learner, autonomous, attention to detail, excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Occasional travel needs: domestically to supplier and hubs and internationally to headquarters.
