- Scheduling and dispatch of fine grind loads
- Customer service
- Sales support
- Assistance/scheduling with weekend fine grind ticketing
- Additional help as needed
- Scheduling and dispatch of legacy loads
- Management of the scale house
- Sales of orders less than 5,000 tons
- Additional help as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, scheduling, or a related field preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or customer account experience a plus
- Availability to assist with weekend shipping as needed
- Basic computer/scheduling software proficiency
